I discovered this avant-garde milliner and head accessories designer at the NY accessories show last month. Ophelie Hats are designed and handmade in a Montreal atelier and presented in shows in New York, London and Paris. Their hats are distinctive and their head accessories are exquisite. Many a trendsetting bride have been photographed sporting one of their gorgeous head pieces.
